Hi! My name is Stephanie Shrock and I am the owner, operator, and BCBA at Foundations ABA. I graduated with my masters in Applied Behavior Analysis with a focus in Autism from Ball State University in 2011 and went on to receive my board certification in May 2015. I have been in the ABA field for 11 years, starting as an ABA therapist and working my way up to a director and then a BCBA. I have worked with clients ranging from 2 to 56 years of age across multiple environments, including in-home, clinic, community, and school-based services.

My specialties include Functional Communication Training and behavior reduction for the early intervention population (kids between 18 months and 5 years of age). I love to identify a functional mode of communication for a child and then teaching them how to use it effectively to communicate their wants and needs.

There is nobody in this world you love more than your child. Being a mom, I understand that, and it motivated me to help parents whose parenting journey can be a little more challenging than for others, such as those parenting children with ASD.

I’m passionate about serving the Hendricks County area because I have lived as a part of this community for the past 12 years. My husband and I bought our first home in Avon in 2010 and started growing our family a couple of years later. I am an active member of the community as I attend and volunteer at our local church and as an assistant softball coach with the AJAA. Our kids attend one of the Avon elementary schools and participate in the AJAA all year long. Now I want to serve and give back to my community by providing quality ABA therapy services for children with autism and their families.
